NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 AND 14 EU REGULATION 2016/679

A) PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The processing is solely aimed at the execution of the contract stipulated by the customer with Otamatapaio

B) PROCESSING METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing is carried out through operations, performed with or without the aid of electronic instruments, and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the owner and the persons expressly authorized by the owner.

It is also possible that the data is stored through outsourced services cloud via web.

C) DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL

The provision of common personal data is necessary for the performance of the activities referred to in point a) and the refusal of the interested party to provide personal data implies the impossibility of carrying out the activity referred to in point a).

D) DATA COMMUNICATION

Personal data can be accessed exclusively by those in charge of the processing and may be communicated for the purposes set out in point a) to employees of Otamatapaio for the purposes set out in point a). Personal data is not subject to dissemination.

E) TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

Personal data can be transferred to countries in the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union or to an international organization, for the purposes set out in point a).

F) DATA RETENTION

The data is retained for the period necessary to carry out the activity and in any case not exceeding ten years.

G) DATA CONTROLLER

The controller is Francesco Botto Poala with registered office in Valdengo at Via Cristoforo Colombo 13/A, represented by its legal representative.

H) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT-

The data subject has the right:

  • to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and opposition to the processing of data;
  • to obtain without hindrance from the data controller the data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device to transmit them to another data controller;
  • to revoke consent to processing, without prejudice to the legality of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation;
  • to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

The exercise of the aforementioned rights can be carried out by sending a written communication, either by email with confirmation of receipt to the address info@otamatapaio.com or by registered letter with return receipt to the address: Via Cristoforo Colombo 13/A, 13855 Valdengo BI.
